There's less than a month (24 days!) until RoseBlood hits shelves, so it's time for a giveaway.

And I'm not the only one who's pulling out all the stops to celebrate. My publisher's YA website, Pique, is offering a beautiful limited edition Thorn postcard (crafted by Nathalia Suellen and signed by me!) to anyone who preorders the book (domestic). Follow this link for details.

Now, onto my personal INTL giveaway. To celebrate RoseBlood's imminent birthday, I'm offering up the following prizes:

1- Phantom/music themed mask

1 - signed RoseBlood tote

  1. My fav moment is from the 25th anniversary musical production, starring Ramin Karimloo and Sierra Boggess. I LOVED their interpretation of the Final Lair scene; it was so heartbreaking and beautiful. And I also LOVED the "Wandering Child' scene. THAT was prob my favourite, though it's so hard to choose!
    Thanks for the giveaway! <3

  3. My fav moment is when the phantom is on the roof watching Christine and Raoul sing to each other, I get so emotional because you can see his heart breaking through his eyes!

  4. I've seen both the newest movie version and saw it on Broadway in 2005. Absolutely loved them both. We got to play the music from it for marching band the next year. Really got me into musical theater after that!

  5. Honestly, I have never seen Phantom of the Opera...but I know most of the music from Choir. So my fave part of the musical is the music in its entirety! Since I haven't seen it I am at a bit of a disadvantage here, so I have to be more general than specific in this case!
I love the German copy of Unhinged. He's so handsome (I always liked Ensnared the best because of the cover man! Sigh! I wasn't a Morpheus and Alyssa shipper but I felt bad for him).

  14. The musical is why I studied theater in college. I thought I would be the next Christine Daae. However, I actually like the second novel by Susan Kay called Phantom. I love the story of Erik and his formative years. It makes much more sense than Gaston Leroux's story.

  21. My absolute favourite part is when the auctioneer begins with "Lot 666, a chandelier in pieces.." and ends with "a little illumination gentlemen!!!" And the chandelier falls from the ceiling and the orchestra and haunting organ begin to play ever so loud, the theme. I still get goosebumps when I remember it. I saw POTO when I was 15 in 1992/93 and since then I've have loved the story and the music.

I've also read the book and my favorite part from the book is when Christine goes and visits her father's grave (I believe) and Erik plays the violin for her (it's in the chapter called Apollo's Lyre, I believe). It sounded beautiful and haunting.
